Now Hiring - Professional Services Manufacturer's Sales Representative in Troy, MI

In search of a highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills to develop and manage new business opportunities. This position will support multiple principals related to automotive powertrain, chassis, and interior applications.

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Cultivate and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Identify and actively seek out prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, personal experience, previous contacts, and/or attending trade shows
• Establish new customer leads through cold calling
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Prepare reports, handle administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have the following.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated, self-starter and able to perform daily with minimal direction
• Highly organized, demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize parallel projects
• Ability to identify new applications and create opportunities for a variety of manufacturing processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint
• Several years of automotive experience
• Strong technical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year
